Shipping, Cancellation, Refund and Replacement Policy

How long to deliver my order?

​

Once you have received confirmation of your order from us, our endeavour is to ship as quickly as possible. Typically, the shipping happens within 2-3 working days of order confirmation and order delivery happens within 7-10 working days from receipt of the order and payment.  

You can easily track the estimated time of delivery of your order by clicking the tracking link shared on your registered email address. Once we ship your order, we send a shipping confirmation with the tracking ID.

 

Other things to remember regarding the order! 

​

  • correctness of the address provided at the time of placing the order will be solely your responsibility and in case there is a delay due to the incomplete or incorrect address (including PIN Code) provided, you cannot hold us responsible. 

  • the deliveries are done by our third-party shipping/courier companies and/or Postal Services usually between 10.00 am – 6:00 pm on working days (Sundays and holidays not considered) 

  • you have to sign or provide OTP (one-time password) received on your mobile number to the third-party shipping/courier companies and/or Postal Services personnel to receive your order. Of course, we cannot be held responsible in case of the order is received by someone other than the one making the order at the address indicated at the time of the order.

  • you have to ensure that the packet you receive containing your order is sealed/unopened. In case, it looks as if it is tampered with, we advise you not to receive the packet. In such a situation, it will be returned to us and once received, we will initiate the refund. We are not responsible for any damaged order received by you after delivery. Do remember to highlight the damage or such issues on the Proof of Delivery (POD) copy and return it to the delivery person. 

  • for any claims regarding the damaged order received, do remember you have to report to our customer care on the same day of delivery. 

  • reach out to us on the Connect section of our website if your order has not been delivered but is reflecting “Delivered” on the package tracker of the third-party shipping/courier company, please highlight it within 24 hours or else we will not be able to process your request for any refund or replacement.

  • if you have not received the invoice of your order from us on your registered email address and/or during the delivery of the order, please reach out to us on the Connect section of the website.

  • ​

Are there any delivery/shipping charges? 

​

  • No!

  • Please do not make any payment to the third-party shipping/courier company person delivering your order.

 

How to Cancel your Orders?

​

Simple! If you have not already received your order dispatch details from us, just email us at qcy.care@woodoomobility.com with the subject line as ‘Cancel Order <insert the Order number mentioned on the invoice you have received>. Do also include the following in the email:

  • Full Name

  • Complete mailing address (should be same as in order form)

  • Mobile number (should be same as in order form)

  • Payment mode (UPI, Netbanking, Debit Card, Credit Card)

  • Reason for cancellation

In case you have received the dispatch details from us, to cancel your order just refuse to accept the delivery. But, please remember that we will initiate the refund only after we receive the device back from the courier company. 

 

Order cancelled by QCY India?

​

Yes, under extremely rare situations, this is possible. 

  • We are very careful in putting details on the website but due to some unforeseen reasons, there might be errors in data entry and/or updates on the website. We always reserve the right to cancel an order where the erroneous price got listed on the website. Of course, in such situations, we will refund the entire amount received from the customer. 

  • It might just so happen that the particular product in terms of color or other variation is out of stock for any reason, your order will be cancelled and a refund initiated for the order. We will also try to contact you before cancelling your order to see in case you would want to exchange with some other model (with the possibility of a partial refund in case the exchange option is cheaper or requesting the difference amount in case the exchange is costlier) OR if you are willing to wait till such time the ordered product is available again. 

 

How long does the refund take?

All refunds are processed as per the SLAs and TATs of the respective issuing Bank or financial entity. The refunds are initiated from our end as per the Payment Gateway policies. Please do remember that we would be happy to let you know the tentative refund initiation date but we will not be able to confirm the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account.

What about replacement? 

​

We agree to replacements only if

  • you can establish that your order was delivered in defective/damaged condition strictly within 24 hours of receipt of the order. In such case, you are requested to reach out to us on the Customer Service number listed on the website OR write to us using the Connect page on the website. Do remember that, the replacement will be confirmed only after the Customer Support team has checked and ascertained the same at their end. 

  • if you can establish that the product received is not working as claimed by QCY India, within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • if you can establish that the order received is not as per the specifications and details listed on the website, you have to reach out to our Customer Support team within 24 hours of receiving the order. The Customer Support team will in its judgement accept or reject the replacement request made by you, in this case. If the Customer Support team agrees to make the replacement, the entire package including all accessories intact and literature will be picked up by our appointed agency person only.

We will not agree to replacements if:

  • you do not like the looks of the product

  • you do not like the color or the sound output

  • physical damage is not brought to our notice within 24 hours of receiving the order

  • an electrical surge causes damage to the product ordered 

  • wear or tear caused by the user
