QCY Warranty Guidelines

  1. The Product warranty of 12 months is from the date of purchase, it is confined to the first purchaser only and is non-transferable.

  2. The warranty service is limited to repair or replacement of the product & it is at the sole discretion of QCY India. (WooDoo Ventures Private Limited).

  3. Proof of purchase is required to be presented for availing of the warranty services.

  4. You can initiate a conversation on our AI-enabled platform through WhatsApp for self-repair/Troubleshooting procedures.  

  5. If the issue is not resolved, you are hereby requested to visit our nearest authorized service Centre location for necessary service support. 

  6. QCY warranty coverage shall be limited only to provide repairs or replacement of the same model or equivalent against the defective unit. 

  7. QCY shall not cover any consequential or resulting liability, damage or loss to property or life, injuries, or loss of any kind of personal data arising directly or indirectly out of any defects in QCY products.

  8. In case of product replacement within the warranty period and if the product is out of stock, an upgraded model of the equivalent price will be offered and the warranty support will continue for the remaining period i.e. as per the initial original product purchase date. 

QCY warranty void conditions if…

  1. The product is not operated as per guidelines according to the instructions given in the instruction manual.

  2. It exceeds the original warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase i.e. as per valid proof of purchase. 

  3. Peeling of the colour of the product due to normal wear & tear or usage.

  4. The product is damaged, customer abuse, repair by unauthorized persons, misuse detected, accidental or incidental damage, spillage of any kind of liquid on the device, device subjected to extreme temperatures, atmospheric conditions, any kind of breaking or cutting of wires, improper use.

  5. Defects developed due to causes beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage or acts of God.

  6. Issues pertaining to the look & feel of the product, dim display under sunlight, low sound quality due to accumulation of dust or dirt.
