Connection & Multi-Point FAQs

1. How do I power on the headphones and connect them to a device?

  • Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on the headphones; the LED will turn white for 1 second.

  • On your phone, search for "QCY H3 Pro" and tap to connect. The headphones auto reconnect to the last device in the connectivity record if available.

 

2. How do I make the headphones connectable again if they don’t show up?

  • Power off the headphones, then power on and press and hold the MFB (Multi-Function Button) for 4 seconds to re-enter connectable mode.

 

3. What is Multi-Point Connection and how do I enable it?

  • Multi-Point Connection allows the headphones to connect to two devices simultaneously. It is disabled by default and must be enabled using the QCY App.

 

4. How do I use Multi-Point Connection?

  • Connect headphones to Device A, then turn off Bluetooth on Device A. The headphones will become connectable (LED blinks red and white).

  • Connect to Device B by searching for "QCY H3 Pro" and tapping to connect.

  • Re-enable Bluetooth on Device A and connect it to the headphones again. Now, both devices will be connected simultaneously.

Factory Reset & LED FAQs

1. How do I reset the headphones to factory settings?

  • Power on the headphones, then press and hold both the volume + and volume - buttons for 10 seconds (or until the LED blinks red three times) to reset.

  • After resetting, the headphones will automatically enter connectable mode.

2. What do the LED colors indicate during charging?

 

  • Solid red: The headphones are charging.

  • Solid white: The headphones are fully charged ("topped up").

3. What charger should I use?

  • Connect the headphones to a computer or a 5V 1A adapter for safe charging.

Functions FAQs

1. How do I power the headphones on or off?

  • To power on, press and hold the MFB (Multi-Function Button) for 2 seconds.

  • To power off, press and hold the MFB for 4 seconds.

2. How do I control calls?

  • To answer or end a call: press the MFB.

  • To ignore a call: press and hold the MFB for 2 seconds.

 

3. What are the music control functions?

  • Skip track backward: press and hold Vol- for 1 second.

  • Skip track forward: press and hold Vol+ for 1 second.

  • Volume up: press Vol+.

  • Volume down: press Vol-.

  • Play/Pause music: press the MFB.

 

4. Are there any special modes?

  • Enter low-latency mode: double press the MFB.

  • Activate voice assistant: triple press the MFB.

 

5. How do I switch noise cancellation modes?

  • Press the ANC Button to switch among ANC-ON, ANC-OFF, and Transparency modes.

  • When ANC is ON, double press ANC Button to turn on/off Adaptive ANC.

  • The product is covered by a one-year limited manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery.

 

2. What do I need for warranty claims?
